I stayed at this hotel on my first ever (and I hope not the last) visit to Vietnam and I guess that staying there was the significant reason why I fell in love with this beautiful country. The room and facilities were of the top level, but the real atmosphere is being created by people. And the personnel of this hotel were above all praises: I felt like a princess because all my requirements were fulfilled in a blink of an eye, whether it was a socket adaptor for my laptop, or an iron, or an assistance with TV tune-up. The food was delicious, the assortment was impressive, so I was puzzled how to combine all the delicacies on my plate, so I wouldn't feel guilty for breaking my diet haha. The hotel personnel and management succeed in creating and maintaining the feeling of your significance as a guest to them, and you see it in small details (which matter the most): they made a birthday compliment to my family member who stayed with me, and small mementos on our check out. They were really very sweet and sympathetic. I definitely am going to stay at this hotel next time I visit Hanoi.

This place is super comfortable, spacious and clean. You get a big room with a comfy bed, a 3 place sofa, lots of storage space, a big (clean) fridge, a washing machine and a kitchen with everything you need ( microwave, cooking stove, plates, cooking ustensiles... ). It is located in a quiet street 300m from the old quarter (5 minutes walk) with all the food options you need. Staff is discreet but helpful and conscientious. Overall this place is an easy 10/10.

Strategically located in Hanoi, Lotte Hotel Hanoi offers modern and luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. The hotel has unreal views and feels very upscale. More than I expected to find in Hanoi. The Club Lounge is exceptional as were the rooms. Also connected to the mall was very convenient.

Located in the northwest corner of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, Thien Thai Hotel & Spa is just 5 minutes’ walk from Dong Xuan Market. It offers 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi. Staff was very polite and willing to help in everything we asked for. Location is very near the Old Town and many other sights, the area around the hotel is very interesting with a lot of eateries. The room was cleaned very well every day.

Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture enjoys panoramic views over Hanoi city and the Hoan Kiem Lake. Its elegant rooms include free bottled water and Wi-Fi. Staff were very friendly helpful and friendly. Had a late night flight home and room was offered for us to shower after check out
