I stayed at this hotel on my first ever (and I hope not the last) visit to Vietnam and I guess that staying there was the significant reason why I fell in love with this beautiful country. The room and facilities were of the top level, but the real atmosphere is being created by people. And the personnel of this hotel were above all praises: I felt like a princess because all my requirements were fulfilled in a blink of an eye, whether it was a socket adaptor for my laptop, or an iron, or an assistance with TV tune-up. The food was delicious, the assortment was impressive, so I was puzzled how to combine all the delicacies on my plate, so I wouldn't feel guilty for breaking my diet haha. The hotel personnel and management succeed in creating and maintaining the feeling of your significance as a guest to them, and you see it in small details (which matter the most): they made a birthday compliment to my family member who stayed with me, and small mementos on our check out. They were really very sweet and sympathetic. I definitely am going to stay at this hotel next time I visit Hanoi.

You get a big room with a comfy bed, a 3 place sofa, lots of storage space, a big (clean) fridge, a washing machine and a kitchen with everything you need ( microwave, cooking stove, plates, cooking ustensiles... ). It is located in a quiet street 300m from the old quarter (5 minutes walk) with all the food options you need. Staff is discreet but helpful and conscientious. Overall this place is an easy 10/10.

More than I expected to find in Hanoi. The Club Lounge is exceptional as were the rooms. Also connected to the mall was very convenient.

The room was cleaned very well every day.

O pequeno almoço é muito bom e completo. A localização é boa para quem pretende visitar sobretudo a área da cidadela.
