Located within the Wallingford district in Seattle, Rooftop Patio with Waterview, Private Garden & Grill 3BR 3BA- Modern Cityscape has air conditioning, a terrace, and mountain views. My grandson, 18 years old, was so taken with the property he kept saying this was how he was going to live after university and he was going to decorate his dorm just like the place. I agree with him, very well appointed and clean. The rooftop view blew us way ! The location was great. We walked to the U station and took public transportation to downtown, very cheap and efficient.

The house has enough space for the family, in a quiet residential neighborhood but still walking distance from quite a few cute restaurants. Plenty of street parking and very clean!

This motel is a 5-minute drive from downtown Seattle and the University of Washington. The motel offers free high speed Wi-Fi in every guest room. Great location, nice and clean and comfortable. I was a little skeptical about the bed because the photos make them look very firm and boxy like an old spring mattress but I was very happy that they were modern and comfortable. Also FREE parking. Would 100% stay again.
