The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, it was definitely the perfect property to stay at and I am so glad we had the opportunity to enjoy all the wonderful amenities! It was close to Pike Place Market and close to other things we may have needed during our stay there! Highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay there again when we are in town!

Left a coat and had to go back to get it several days later . Staff could not have been more helpful.

Despite being small, the room is well equipped so everything fits in without a struggle. Every piece of furniture is new and most of all very clean (I have some allergies but I was never sick in the hotel - meaning it was really clean). I appreciated the control system with the iPad to control the lights and the curtains/blinds. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The view on the waterfront is nice and the waterfront itself is a nice area to walk or to go running. The design of the hotel is also cool with cool common areas.

Situated conveniently in the South Lake Union district of Seattle, citizenM Seattle South Lake Union is set 1 km from Space Needle, 1.4 km from Seattle Center and 1.5 km from Pike Place Market. loved this hotel. it was in a good location that was close to the city area without being right in the hustle bustle. hotel was stylish and the decor was arty. the rooms was cosy and the bed very comfortable, I slept like a baby. the colourful LED lights in the shower were a nice touch. loved the iPad control too. would definitely stay here again if ever in Seattle.
