The room was big and comfortable and was well lit. The location is right near union square. The breakfast was very good. There is free guest laundry. The hotel itself is very unique as it is also used as a memorial for the marines corps. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The price was more than reasonable compared to other options in the area.

Orné d'une décoration d'inspiration italienne, l'établissement The Donatello Hotel est situé dans le centre de San Francisco, à seulement 3 minutes à pied des célèbres sites d'intérêt d'Union Square. Room: Beautiful, with huge windows and a nice view. The kitchen corner was equipped beyond my expectations! Plates, utensils, glasses, kitchen towels, even sponge and liquid for washing the dishes. The only thing missing was a kettle for tea, but you can repurpose the coffee maker. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom. They warned me at check-in that the cleaning will not be done every day, but it was sufficient for me. Location: Great, few min walk to the union square, close to some bus stops. Just avoid going to the direction of the problematic neighbourhood. The terrace lounge was very nice and cozy, possible to take tea, coffee or hot cocoa.

Located in San Francisco’s Theater District, this European-style hotel is 6 minutes’ walk from Union Square. The Andrews Hotel offers an on-site restaurant and guest rooms with free WiFi. The breakfast was nice for a start in the day. We were in middle of the City and close to public transportation. I liked most the decoration of the hotel.
