The staff at the Ritz Carlton is excellent -- professional, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. We had breakfast at the Ritz, a late night hamburger in the "bar" area , and ordered room service -- one the best BLTs I have had. Food and service were first-rate. I also used the workout facilities which were spotless and presented many options -- treadmills, bikes, weights

Excellent Location and Very nice staff. The room size is decent, they provided baby crib in the room. Daily room cleaning is available.

This San Francisco hotel is located just 2 blocks from Union Square and 5 blocks from the Powell Street BART Station. Nice facilities, comfortable bed in the room, the bathroom is also clean, the decoration is vintage and very pretty. Breakfast was tasty and contains everything you need: eggs, bacon, coffee, milk, cereal, orange juice, fruits and pastries. The hotel staff is very friendly, especially Vincent, who provided me with good recommendations on places to visit. I will definitely choose this Hotel on my next visit to San Francisco!

This towering historic landmark on Nob Hill features a top-floor restaurant with beautiful views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Cable car stops are just outside the hotel. The hotel’s house keeping and reception were very wonderful.

The building is a magnificent piece of San Franciscan history, it's almost worth staying there just to visit the building itself. Perfectly positioned next to the tram stop and a very short walk from Union Square and some great restaurants. I'd like to give a special mention to the staff, in particular Fred who gave us a great tour of the hotel and told us all the stories associated with the place.
