Located 3 minutes’ walk from USC campus this hotel offers easy access to campus events. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub and rooms with free WiFi. A restaurant and bar are located on-site. Room was huge and really comfortable. Even the towels smelled so good. The wiev was great. Clean and beautiful. Loved the neighbourhood. Close to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful guesthouse, with everything you need for your stay. Great communication from the host, who was lovely. Off-street parking is available, this property is a great location if you have a car to travel around as we did as it is very central. We loved our stay here as it felt like a home away from home with a comfortable bed, airconditioning, TV with apps loaded to stream from, large fridge and freezer and plenty of storage space to unpack. We highly recommend and would stay here again when we are next in LA.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's 100% worth the money
