ARYA Boutique Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Kiwengwa. It is with a heavy heart we left this property. The staff and intimacy of the resort cannot be beaten! It was like staying with dear friends! From the moment of booking throughout our stay and departure, Laura the owner, has kept in touch. Making sure everything is as we please. This level of service and commitment is something other properties can learn a thing or 2 from. We had a deluxe suite and that was exceeded our expectations. The level of details, everything was well thought of. Bonus points for Netflix on the TV and a consistent WiFi connection. This made our stay even better. The grounds of the hotel are lush and green and very well kept. We loved going for evening swims after getting back from dinner. The pool was so tranquil. We loved laying in the pool and watching the stars above. What made our stay even more memorable is the fact that the staff went out of their way and surprised us with decorations for our 10 year wedding anniversary. They really made our special day!

From check-in until check-out, everything went very well. The reception team, housekeeping, bartender, waitress, security were all very friendly and helpful. Amazing service. Value for money 100%.

Localizado à beira-mar com vista para o Oceano Índico, o Sultan Sands oferece cabanas africanas de estilo tradicional com sacada ou varanda. Best thing about hotel is that you can ask whatever you want and 99% of your wishes come true. As European I like some things made differently as they are in Africa but if you ask the hotel staff makes it! As example I can say they make awsome tuna stakes if you ask them! And they also add rum to your coconut if you ask. So the main tip is - ASK! Moreover, as experienced travelwr I have been reading reviews about the hotel and two things were very disturbing (a) that the selection of food os not very rich; and (b) that the tides make the sea go away for a far far way. To tackle that I shall say that (a) food is good and changes everyday, so even on 11 night stay you will have a varios optios to choose from (especialy if you are into sea food); (b) tides are constant but there was no day with out sea at your foot steps to the pool, meaning that some times you have to wait half a day before sea comes back but it eventualy does.

Rodeado por uma vegetação exuberante e oferecendo uma área de praia privativa, o Bahati Villa está situado na praia de Kiwengwa. Este pequeno hotel oferece um restaurante e bar e um balcão de turismo.... I was upgraded to a bigger room and I had my own outside seating area. Excellent and plenty of choices of food for breakfast. The restaurant also served delicious lunch and dinner. The location was safe and quiet. Security on property. Friendly owners and staff. The back up generator really helped when the whole Zanzibar lost power for several hours.
