Poa Poa Bungalows features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Kiwengwa. Had a lovely stay at Poa Poa! The structure is very nice and overlooks the sea. Chef's dishes and cocktails are delicious. A big thank you to Laura, Ania and all the staff for making our stay pleasant. We could not choose a better place for our stay in Kiwengwa

ARYA Boutique Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Kiwengwa. Thanks to all Arya staff! Our room was very clean, very intimate place and Netflix is a special plus! The pool is like a paradise.. the breakfast is amazing, served in front of the Ocean with a wonderful view. I asked Laura to make a special surprise to my beloved girlfriend and she organized everything for her, like a Princess.. Love Mnemba Excursion as well, Laura organized a special and private, non-turistic itinerary for us.. hope to see you next season!!!

Set in Kiwengwa, Ayla Beach House offers beachfront accommodation 40 km from Peace Memorial Museum and offers various facilities, such as free bikes, a terrace and a bar. Very nice place and local host. We would definetely come back again! The breakfast was very nice, location is great, the staff is fantastic, and the room was very good.

From check-in until check-out, everything went very well. The reception team, housekeeping, bartender, waitress, security were all very friendly and helpful. Amazing service. Value for money 100%.

Best thing about hotel is that you can ask whatever you want and 99% of your wishes come true. As European I like some things made differently as they are in Africa but if you ask the hotel staff makes it! As example I can say they make awsome tuna stakes if you ask them! And they also add rum to your coconut if you ask. So the main tip is - ASK! Moreover, as experienced travelwr I have been reading reviews about the hotel and two things were very disturbing (a) that the selection of food os not very rich; and (b) that the tides make the sea go away for a far far way. To tackle that I shall say that (a) food is good and changes everyday, so even on 11 night stay you will have a varios optios to choose from (especialy if you are into sea food); (b) tides are constant but there was no day with out sea at your foot steps to the pool, meaning that some times you have to wait half a day before sea comes back but it eventualy does.

Located in Kiwengwa, 39 km from Peace Memorial Museum, Asili Nyumbani Residence provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Great host, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Nice location. Walking distance to the beach. The room has both a fan and AC, which helps with keeping the place nice and cool.

Facing the beachfront, Veraclub Zanzibar Village offers 4-star accommodation in Kiwengwa and has a garden, restaurant and bar. very good resort, i really liked it. nice and clean rooms, nice beach and pool, great and helpful staff! a recommend!!

Surrounded by lush vegetation and offering a private beach area, Bahati Villa is situated on Kiwengwa beach. The small hotel offers a restaurant and bar and a tour desk. I was upgraded to a bigger room and I had my own outside seating area. Excellent and plenty of choices of food for breakfast. The restaurant also served delicious lunch and dinner. The location was safe and quiet. Security on property. Friendly owners and staff. The back up generator really helped when the whole Zanzibar lost power for several hours.
