Clean simple bungalow rooms which open right onto the sand. Rooms are very well set up for travellers with numerous universal power points and good Wi-Fi throughout. Great tasting breakfast and other meal options. Laura, Ania and the rest of the staff were amazing.

ARYA Boutique Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Kiwengwa. It is with a heavy heart we left this property. The staff and intimacy of the resort cannot be beaten! It was like staying with dear friends! From the moment of booking throughout our stay and departure, Laura the owner, has kept in touch. Making sure everything is as we please. This level of service and commitment is something other properties can learn a thing or 2 from. We had a deluxe suite and that was exceeded our expectations. The level of details, everything was well thought of. Bonus points for Netflix on the TV and a consistent WiFi connection. This made our stay even better. The grounds of the hotel are lush and green and very well kept. We loved going for evening swims after getting back from dinner. The pool was so tranquil. We loved laying in the pool and watching the stars above. What made our stay even more memorable is the fact that the staff went out of their way and surprised us with decorations for our 10 year wedding anniversary. They really made our special day!

Lomakeskus sijaitsee 12 hehtaarin alueella Kiwengwan hiekkarannan tuntumassa. Paikan päällä on spa, uima-allas, urheilupalvelut ja terassi, jolta on näköala Intian valtamerelle. From check-in until check-out, everything went very well. The reception team, housekeeping, bartender, waitress, security were all very friendly and helpful. Amazing service. Value for money 100%.

Rannalla lepäävästä Sultan Sandsista avautuu näkymä Intian valtamerelle. Tyyliltään perinteisissä afrikkalaisissa mökeissä on parveke tai terassi. Best thing about hotel is that you can ask whatever you want and 99% of your wishes come true. As European I like some things made differently as they are in Africa but if you ask the hotel staff makes it! As example I can say they make awsome tuna stakes if you ask them! And they also add rum to your coconut if you ask. So the main tip is - ASK! Moreover, as experienced travelwr I have been reading reviews about the hotel and two things were very disturbing (a) that the selection of food os not very rich; and (b) that the tides make the sea go away for a far far way. To tackle that I shall say that (a) food is good and changes everyday, so even on 11 night stay you will have a varios optios to choose from (especialy if you are into sea food); (b) tides are constant but there was no day with out sea at your foot steps to the pool, meaning that some times you have to wait half a day before sea comes back but it eventualy does.

Located in Kiwengwa, 39 km from Peace Memorial Museum, Asili Nyumbani Residence provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Great host, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Nice location. Walking distance to the beach. The room has both a fan and AC, which helps with keeping the place nice and cool.

Facing the beachfront, Veraclub Zanzibar Village offers 4-star accommodation in Kiwengwa and has a garden, restaurant and bar. very good resort, i really liked it. nice and clean rooms, nice beach and pool, great and helpful staff! a recommend!!

Surrounded by lush vegetation and offering a private beach area, Bahati Villa is situated on Kiwengwa beach. The small hotel offers a restaurant and bar and a tour desk. I was upgraded to a bigger room and I had my own outside seating area. Excellent and plenty of choices of food for breakfast. The restaurant also served delicious lunch and dinner. The location was safe and quiet. Security on property. Friendly owners and staff. The back up generator really helped when the whole Zanzibar lost power for several hours.

Amazing outside area with the most lovely staff. We enjoyed chilling outside in the hotel. Also very close to beach and restaurants.
