I've been putting off writing this review because then I would have to reconcile the fact that I've left Kijani. My new life's mission is to find a way back. This. Place. Is. Incredible. Each villa has a sea view, an insanely beautiful terrace with a private plunge pool, seating area, and tanning beds. My goodness, I never wanted to leave. The most beautiful serene white-sand beaches, comfortable seating areas to just soak it all in and reflect on life - Kijani is truly paradise on earth. Staff are lovely - special shout out to Sham! The owners live on-site and are very welcoming and warm. Plenty of beach bars around the hotel, but it's really hard to want to leave your villa :) Kijani serves THE best cocktails...so I fail to see why you'd even want to venture out :) 10/10 Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zanzibar. Can't wait to go back.

The African Paradise Beach Hotel mempunyai basikal percuma, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Bwejuu. The best staff ever! Breakfast was exceptional. Location was perfect with a great sunrise view!

Amazing pool area right in front of the room. We loved the smaller size of the hotel and the friendly staff. The beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent too.

Situated in Bwejuu, only steps away from its private beach area, Mustapha' s Place provides accommodation with a restaurant, a bar and an outdoor swimming pool. It was a great stay! If you want to spend your holiday in an authentic, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, then this is the place to be. They staff supports you with all your travel plans and books it for you. Also lots of families were there so its a kid friendly environment. I would definitely come here again and could highly recommend the place.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Indigo Beach Zanzibar is located in Bwejuu. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. From the very check in to the check out, Indigo was absolutely excellent. Omar but also rest of the crowd were great. Very nice, polite and kind staff. Very caring about the guests, always ready to help. Food both for breakfast and a la carte dinner was great quality and reasonably priced. Location is directly on the beach so you can walk from the place all the way to Paje. Village ''access road'' isn't the most appealing but we walked it multiple time towards the main road from where we catched both taxi and dala dala bus to experience this as well. Bungalow was super clean, we liked the outside shower and bathroom, view from the bungalow, big lounge/chilling area! Whole complex is very private, maybe 30 guests in total max so we felt very safe and exclusive. We had feeling we almost knew all each other. Value for money is really great and if ever on Zanzibar again, Indigo would be choice number 1 for sure. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.
