Facing the beachfront, Kijani Beach Villas offers 1-star accommodation in Bwejuu and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and shared lounge. I've been putting off writing this review because then I would have to reconcile the fact that I've left Kijani. My new life's mission is to find a way back. This. Place. Is. Incredible. Each villa has a sea view, an insanely beautiful terrace with a private plunge pool, seating area, and tanning beds. My goodness, I never wanted to leave. The most beautiful serene white-sand beaches, comfortable seating areas to just soak it all in and reflect on life - Kijani is truly paradise on earth. Staff are lovely - special shout out to Sham! The owners live on-site and are very welcoming and warm. Plenty of beach bars around the hotel, but it's really hard to want to leave your villa :) Kijani serves THE best cocktails...so I fail to see why you'd even want to venture out :) 10/10 Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zanzibar. Can't wait to go back.

The African Paradise Beach Hotel features free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Bwejuu. The host was the best we ever had. Very frendly and welcoming, they offered guidance on choosing local trips. Very good food, including breakfast or other meals from the menu. Very nice music on the terrace.

Amazing pool area right in front of the room. We loved the smaller size of the hotel and the friendly staff. The beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent too.

It was a great stay! If you want to spend your holiday in an authentic, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, then this is the place to be. They staff supports you with all your travel plans and books it for you. Also lots of families were there so its a kid friendly environment. I would definitely come here again and could highly recommend the place.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Indigo Beach Zanzibar is located in Bwejuu. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. It was a great gateway with very warm welcome and early checking without the charge - we got upgrade to smallest room at the end of the resort but the view was fantastic - right in front of the ocean. Staff was always friendly and accommodative. Area is nice and not far from Paje and Jambiani, although taxis are expensive we opted for scooter rent. Restaurant is bit more basic, breakfast selection is great - always found full fledge for satisfaction. In general very pleasant hotel and good service
