Fantastic accommodation Our room was spacious and luxurious with separate lounge and kitchenette areas Bathroom was clean with all necessary amenities Staff always friendly and polite Complimentary water bottles given every day which was super useful when it was >30C all week! WiFi was fast and it was easy to connect Close to Taipei 101 and a major shopping strip

Hotel staffs were extremely helpful and friendly! Everyone I met was soooo polite and professional, especially Manager Joyce, Sean from Concierge and all reception staffs.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The bed was comfortable and made my stay very enjoyable. In addition, the staff were helpful, polite, and friendly throughout my entire visit. They assisted me in getting a taxi and communicated with the driver to ensure I was headed to the right destination. Overall, I had pleasant experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Very conveniently located right across from the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. the receptionist spoke perfect Japanese and English. Clean and spacious room and bathroom even with ToTo washlette!

Located in a building basement with interior design of illumination, Taipei 101 SPARKLE Hotel is only a 1-minute stroll from Taipei 101 / World Trade Center Station (Exit 3). The location can’t be beat. The hotel is right outside exit 3 from the MRT and the staff was very accommodating with holding by bags after I checked out so I could explore.
