We stayed here mostly for the location, but found this to be one of the best, if not the best, hotels we have ever stayed. We appreciate the sustainability efforts made all round the hotel, from the water stations on each floor to the almost elimination of plastics. The design of the rooms and pool, although compact, are thoughtful with the emphasis on practicality. The staff are an energetic, motivated young crew who make you welcome and included, nothing appears to be too much effort. Breakfasts are provided and are equal in quality to any restaurant in the city. A credit to the in house chef, no wonder she is so proud of the spread each morning. Fruit, water and coffee and teas are available all day in the foyer, another reason to engage with the staff.

Excellent 2 nights stay at this boutique property. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The family room we stayed at had a balcony and a nice bathroom with shower and tub area. The breakfast was a mix of western and traditional food and the property is in a very central location. But overall, we loved the way the office staff went out of the way for making us feel comfortable.

The reviews were spot on. this place is an awesome value for money deal. many of the more prestigious places (and we’ve been to other in Chiang Mai are less rewarding. the room was clean, shower and faucet streams strong, the mattress was comfortable, morning buffet was nice. All in all, I recommend.

Had a great location, looks very new and modern. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The room was awesome and the A/C was greatttt. The restaurant downstairs in the lobby was AMAZING too! Had a great time at Songkram and would have loved to stay one more day!

The hotel is new and nicely designed, with a very modern and minimalistic style. The bed is very comfortable and the room was very quiet at night (our window was looking to the backyard). The staff was very friendly and every morning you're gifted with a pack of delicious snacks.

This is a fantastic location and a truly beautiful hotel. We had a room that faced inwards so there was a view of the pool. The room was a great size and the bed was really comfortable using quality sheets etc. The hotel as a whole was very clean and well maintained. We could just walk out and explore the old town and then it was a 10 minute walk to the night markets were there was fantastic street food. We also organised a couple of trips and the hotel location was perfect for pick-ups with no extra charge due to it's central location. We would definitely stay again - we actually wished we had stayed for longer.
