It is not about the stars; it is about the value of what you get. I must say the staff who work here are truly helpful and very attentive. I have some pictures I would love to share with you. The owner gave me mosquito spray because they took it at the airport. The other day, some of the friendly staff brought me a small cake to accompany my coffee after lunch because she knew I loved it from the breakfast they provide, which by the way is amazing and is included. These and many other thoughtful details with no charge were part of my stay at this hotel. The location is outside the old city and works perfectly for someone like me who wants peace and wakes up in what I called the treehouse, as my room was right at the top of a tree where I could see squirrels jumping, birds singing, and in the distance, I could see the mountains, temples, and the city. Congratulations to the entire BED group; it is a minimalist, clean, beautiful, and welcoming style.

The Earth Hotel está muy bien situado en el barrio de Chang Phueak, Chiang Mai, a 17 min a pie de Mercado de Chang Puak, a 1,7 km de Puerta de Chang Puak y a 2,1 km de Monumento a los Tres Reyes. Room was spacious and location is great. Loved the hospitality of the staff there. Really helpful and great service mind.

El hotel es muy tranquilo lo que viene a ser perfecto para descansar después de un día de caminata por la ciudad. Las habitaciones estaban estaban muy limpias y las camas eran comodisimas. Nosotros estuvimos allí alojados dos días y medio y salimos muy contentos.

I love the early 60s residential design of this place and I hope it never changes. I would live there. Staff were friendly, bed comfy, everything super clean and cleaned daily. I had none of the problems with bugs others reported - all windows have screens on them (but if a previous guest was careless with those, there might be issues) The location was perfect - Nimman is full of specialty coffeeshops and good eateries, the Grab ride into town takes 5 mins and costs under $5 - you could also walk in about 30 mins, but the ringroad circling old town is hard to navigate as a pedestrian

Staff were all so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Pool was fantastic. The room exceeded my expectation, very clean, very new, very comfortable beds. I will definitely be coming back to stay in the future!
