I'm always good with basic accommodation, a clean room and bathroom, a comfy bed and a working AC is all I need. For me good service is more important than a luxurious room. And my expectations were met with the room and exceeded with the service. The staff was always friendly and especially Angoon (one of the hotel owners) was always there to help if you had a problem, a question, wanted or needed something. I'd give a 11 out of 10 if I could. Breakfast was yummy and consists of 5 choices (3 Thai options, American or sandwiches). What I also want to mention is that you have plenty of food, a 7-Eleven and a laundromat right across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at this magical property. It’s the Perfect oasis away from the busy streets of chiang mai. The friendly team helped us book activities and took good care of us.

Everything is good . The most I like is the cleanness . Breakfast also good It’s not in the centre, but it’s better. Because the centre almost empty. There many restaurants near.

It is not about the stars; it is about the value of what you get. I must say the staff who work here are truly helpful and very attentive. I have some pictures I would love to share with you. The owner gave me mosquito spray because they took it at the airport. The other day, some of the friendly staff brought me a small cake to accompany my coffee after lunch because she knew I loved it from the breakfast they provide, which by the way is amazing and is included. These and many other thoughtful details with no charge were part of my stay at this hotel. The location is outside the old city and works perfectly for someone like me who wants peace and wakes up in what I called the treehouse, as my room was right at the top of a tree where I could see squirrels jumping, birds singing, and in the distance, I could see the mountains, temples, and the city. Congratulations to the entire BED group; it is a minimalist, clean, beautiful, and welcoming style.

Chiang Mai'nin merkezinde yer alan Viangbua Mansion, Chiang Mai Otobüs Terminali ve Tren İstasyonu'na arabayla 10 dakikalık mesafededir. Location a bit outside of the old city center of Chiang Mai approx. 20 min. walking distance in an authentic local neighbourhood with a market nearby. The staff was super nice and helpful with any reuqest we had, and the breakfast was also very good with a varied selection. Overall great value for money.

Chiang Mai'nin Chang Phueak bölgesinde ideal bir konumda yer alan The Earth Hotel, Chang Puak Pazarı'na 1,5 km, Chang Puak Kapısı'na 1,7 km ve Üç Kral Anıtı'na 2,1 km uzaklıktadır. Room was spacious and location is great. Loved the hospitality of the staff there. Really helpful and great service mind.

But, they keep it clean and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. They have a pool and it is nice.

Situated about a 10-minute drive from Chiang Mai Old Town and 500 metres from Thanin Market, The Opium Serviced Apartment & Hotel offers a year-round outdoor pool, sun terrace and free WiFi in all... The room is SPACIOUS with big bright windows, clean and has everything you need. the bed is pretty big too. Bathroom also big, has hot water and very bright. The hotel has nice garden with a lot of plants. The pool is small but nice 15mins to walk to old town
