The service was fantastic. A big thank you to Nam Wan, Dream and Pon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay in Chiang Mai so memorable and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was delicious and value for money. Nice new hotel with great facilities. Just opposite the hotel is a small restaurant with tasty and affordable food and there's also a small grocery shop nearby.

Close to the old town, just a short walk from night markets and a few restaurants/food stalls recommended by Michelin Guide. We stayed there only 3 nights in a double room but it could be a good option for longer stay as well. Big, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, fast wifi, and convenient bathroom with hot water. Small balcony, but it's to hot to use it anyway ;) Very friendly and helpful staff also when it comes to booking tours. Lobby with free snacks and coffee for a quick start in the morning before a trip.

Excellent stay with family of 5. We had two rooms on the 1st floor right next to each other. Hotel looked beautiful and rooms were large, with high ceilings and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, our 4 year old daughter was sad to leave her new friends. The hotel had a small swimming pool which would've been great for the kids, but unfortunately did not have enough time. Location-wise - it was only 10 mins walk away from the night market and close to some nice restaurants by the river. Breakfast was like a mini-buffet where you can choose dishes the night before (or order more on the day). We had Khao soi for breakfast everyday!
