ICON Duplo Ribeiraはポルトの中心部にあり、Ribeira Squareまで徒歩2分、ボルサ宮まで400mです。4つ星のホテルで、バー、エアコン付きのお部屋（無料WiFi、専用バスルーム付）を提供しています。ルームサービス、24時間対応のフロント、ツアーの手配サービスを提供しています。 ICON Duplo... ロケーションがとてもよく、様々な観光名所まで徒歩でいけました。 また、スタッフの方が優しく、日本語を話してくれたり、聞き取りやすいようにゆっくり英語を話してくれたりと、とても丁寧に接してくださいました。 朝食もとても美味しく、朝食を食べるためにもう一泊したいぐらいだねと家族と話していたほどです。 部屋も広く、内装が素敵でした。天井も高く開放感があり、部屋ではとてもリラックスできました。 部屋にはケトルがなかったですが、フロントの方にいえば貸し出してもらえました。 ポルトにまた来ることがあれば必ずここに泊まりたいですし、とてもおすすめできるホテルです。 (注意点として、ティッシュは箱タイプではないので枚数はあまり多くありません。普段ティッシュを多く使われる方は少し持参することをおすすめします。)

The employees working there are just great! It was just the best stay throughout the entire trip where we had about 10 hotels. The location is perfect, the room is very stylish, clean and cozy, the breakfast is good and you can drink tea and coffee at any time. Just great! Thank you so much everyone who met us and made our stay in Port so great! we have also got a gift from the hotel with a note. It is the first time in my life when I get this at the hotel. Just exceptional experience!

Perfect location, pristine facilities, staff that went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, and the little treats they left added a special touch.

It was the best hotel that I stayed in during my two-weeks holiday in Portugal. As other reviewers have mentioned, the beds are super comfortable. The location is right in the centre of Porto, within walkable distance to the main attractions. Some of Porto's best restaurants are around this hotel as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with berries, smoothies, tasty pastries and cakes. Everything was fresh and tasty. Special thanks to staff members for being friendly and nice.

Very welcoming staff . Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet too as we were at the back of the hotel. Great location . Enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The 5-star Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel & World Heritage Site is romantically situated along the Douro River, right on the historic Ribeira Square. the location was outstanding in the vibrant centre of Porto's waterfront. The staff - especially Joao & Alex went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Thus was our first time in Porto & we couldn't have found a better hotel.
