Porto Coliseum Hotel er í byggingu Coliseu do Porto og var nýverið endurnýjað. Boðið er upp á nútímaleg þemaherbergi og bar með þakverönd, nokkrum skrefum frá Santa Catarina-stræti. Location is great, close to everything. Room was lovely, booked larger room as there for 5 nights which was great. Staff pleasant and helpful, arrived with no bags so lovely lady at reception was able to give us toothbrush etc. Breakfast was nice, lovely area on roof.

One of the oldest hotels in Porto, Hotel do Norte features free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. The staff is WONDERFUL. I turned a 1 night stay into a 3 night stay. I had a few days off from my job in a neighboring city and decided to stay longer. They have a charming personality that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in a popular Porto location, Santa Caterina, near Bolhoã. The metro station is less than a minute walk. The rooms are well insulated to keep outside traffic to a minimum. I am an extremely light sleeper and wasn't woken up by noise. The rooms are average size. Some rooms you can view the beautiful Capela das Almas, the blue tiled building that many people take pictures in front of because of its stunning architecture. For the price of the room you get more than you pay for in my opinion. I say this because of the location and comfortability. They provide you with top-notch service and professional yet friendly, which is a hard to master I find too often. There is also a pleasant aroma in the hotel that I find relaxing and comforting. They provide you with the usual hotel toiletries. My room also came stocked with plenty of towels. There is a mini refrigerator and air conditioner in the rooms. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Hotel do Norte.

The apartment was perfect clean and well appointed we very much enjoyed the breakfast so convenient to have a wonderful breakfast delivered to your door. The location was convenient and walkable to all the sites we wanted to see.
