Well set in Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel features 2-star accommodation close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. This hotel had not been open very long at the time of my stay, but I made the booking based on photos, location, price, and the knowledge that it was newly opened. I don't know the prior use for the space, but they have turned the old structure into a nice fourteen-room boutique hotel. It's tucked away in a small street near the Douro in a great location (though you are by the river, so many things are uphill from there). Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and informative. Other interactions with the staff during our stay were all positive, though we didn't really have any special needs. The decor, fixtures, rooms, and such were all very well done - it is clear it was new, but it also appeared to be built well. The breakfast was more than expected in terms of variety, and the quality was also good. Noise from the street was a bit of concern upon realizing our room faced the street and had balconies, but we heard very little sound from outside. I was very happy with this hotel and wish them great success.

Everything was perfect. It was the best hotel that I stayed in during my two-weeks holiday in Portugal. As other reviewers have mentioned, the beds are super comfortable. The location is right in the centre of Porto, within walkable distance to the main attractions. Some of Porto's best restaurants are around this hotel as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with berries, smoothies, tasty pastries and cakes. Everything was fresh and tasty. Special thanks to staff members for being friendly and nice.

Situated in Porto’s Ribeira district, this 4-star hotel is situated in a refurbished, historic building overlooking the Douro River. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. amazing hotel! we had the most amazing view over the river. the hotel went above and beyond to make my bday stay a memorable one. very close to every tourist attraction

The 5-star Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel & World Heritage Site is romantically situated along the Douro River, right on the historic Ribeira Square. the location was outstanding in the vibrant centre of Porto's waterfront. The staff - especially Joao & Alex went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Thus was our first time in Porto & we couldn't have found a better hotel.

Attractively situated in Porto, Oca Ribeira do Porto AT features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi. It is situated 60 metres from Ribeira Square and provides a lift. The apartment has family rooms. This is a very cool apartment with added delight of lift access.

Its prime location allows for easy access to numerous attractions within minutes on foot. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were superb.
