Palace Museum Espaço Palmeiras is classified as a Monument of recognized municipal interest. Awarded the “Estrela de Ouro de Excelência”, it sits at the historic center of the city of Porto. Incredible stay at the Palace. Maria and Diana took wonderful care of us. The building is beautiful and interesting. The rooms are relaxing.

I was given an upgrade and the room was so large and well equipped. The lighting, the decor, the large size bathroom, the toiletries, all were superb. To top it up the room even had my favourite Nespresso machine with two welcome bullets free of charge.

Hotel Cristal Porto is a new 4-star hotel in a central location in Porto. Set right next to Lapa Church, the hotel is 900 metres from Aliados Avenue. The rooms are pretty big, spacious parking (10 Euro per day), very good breakfast with good coffee. All the staffs are very friendly, especially in the reception and bar. Don't forget to dress up warm in the evening to visit the Bar, in Porto it is pretty cold in the late evenings. City center is not far away around 30 minutes walk or Taxi to visit the city center is around 5 Euro,

Set in a historic mansion overlooking Praça De República garden, this hotel in Porto’s city centre features ornate architectural details. Trindade Metro and Railway Station is 5 minutes’ walk away. The staff were super helpful and accommodated any requests we had like asking for early breakfast due to a tour starting early as well as providing us an umbrella since it was raining a lot. Parking was free as a hotel offer. Overall super place to stay and 5 minute walk from metro and buses right outside the door
