The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The design of the room was interesting and not ordinary. They welcomed us with a bottle of Porto wine and pastries, and suggested to have a dinner in an appealing restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious, beautiful and our evening was memorable❤️

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the location is spectacular. Although there was construction work in the area, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Overall an incredible hotel and will be staying there when I visit Porto again.
