The folks running this place is very friendly and warm. The rooms are very clean, has a nice air fragrance and is totally a package when you consider their pricing.

This building is an old house renovated just a few years ago and turned into a cozy and beautiful 4 star boutique hotel. The structure, architecture and decoration details are beautiful! The rooms are warm and comfy. The service is impecable! We enjoyed Cusco AND the stay at Antigua Casona so much, that we modified our traveling plans so we could extend our stay here for a few more days!

Staff was amazing and accommodating. The staff has specific hours that they are onsite, but within those hours they always fulfilled our request. They are on point with the breakfast and make sure that you get your share, and if you can't make it, they will pack you a pack to go. We didn't realize when we booked it, but this place is near all the bars. If that is one of the scenes you are looking for, this place is perfect as there are 2 lounges and multiple bars near by. The central plaza is a small walk away but nothing that will leave you winded seeing that the altitude is tough.

Gististaðurinn er í Cusco og Wanchaq-lestarstöðin er í innan við 1,9 km fjarlægð. The staff are amazing and super helpful. I stayed for one night, left my bag for a night and came back to stay for 2 more nights. Location is on a quiet street only a short walk from many restaurants and markets. They make a little bag for you for breakfast if you have an early morning tour. 10/10 would stay here again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Luis and Angel. I was stuck in Cusco during the protests and they always tried to help with information. They even cooked the guests lunch and dinner on the days of the strikes when no shops or restaurants were open. On the days I left early in the morning on day trips, they prepared a ‘breakfast box’. Truly wonderful staff. Very clean and comfortable hotel with hot showers - it is a new hotel. It is not too far from the main square, only a 10-15min walk. They are also able to arrange a taxi without waiting too long. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cusco.
