Very friendly staff and superb, helpful service. Reasonable price, very good value for money. Clean rooms, and very helpful checkin process. On seeing that we are a couple they upgraded us to a better room for free. Has a nice human touch rather than the impersonal nature of large hotel chains.

One night became 14 nights because my husband was involved in an accident and therefore in the hospital. The staff was terrific, empathetic, caring, comforting, and friendly. They felt like family. We are very grateful for their hospitality and care in a very difficult and scary time of our lives. More family joined us and we were all treated excellently. The apartment is located in the heart of Maastricht, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with all basic amenities. Modern and warm interior. Easy check in. Communication with the owners was smooth and even though we didn't meet in person it felt very friendly and welcoming.
