Hotels in Playa La Redonda, El Gigante

Set in El Gigante, a few steps from Playa La Redonda, Selá Nicaragua offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a private beach area. Aqua is built down the mountain to the water. My villa - which was 2 buildings (one bedroom/bath, one kitchen/dining) with a plunge pool between them. I entered the villa on a wooden deck at ground level and my pool and viewing deck was about 40 feet in the area making it very unique but private. It is in the jungle, so there are a lot of trees and leaves, but my pool was clean and easy to remove leaves. The beach cove is very scenic. The restaurant is casual, and the service is very friendly and attentive. The food is very good. I was there for NYE, and the menu was quite delicious and fun with a firepit, live band and fireworks. The area is remote, but there are day-time walkable beaches and restaurants. I took walks everyday and saw few people on the beaches - it is so peaceful and clean. The resort is well maintained and expanding - I'd love to visit again to see it!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, Shankton Tower is situated in El Gigante. Amazing house with an incredible view of the ocean, was absolutely amazing. The house was very big and beautiful. Kitchen well equipt and lots of water provided. The staff came to clean pool and check the ph every day. Amazing place in the middle of the forest, we also saw monkeys in wild! Happy the construction did not disturb that. Beach bar on Rodonda Bay inside the complex was great, cocktails and food!
