Boasting a top-rated restaurant, mini golf and massage facilities, New West Hotel is located only a 5-minute drive from Ulaanbaatar Railway Station‎. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. It was an amazing experience. I had 17 hours stopover in Ulaanbaatar. As promised, the hotel manager, Ms. Ganaa picked me up from the airport at 3:30 am (even the airport name written on my itinerary was wrong due to the agency mistake that i bought, she double-checked and came to correct airport). She was super nice with a great language skills. The room and the other stuffs were all nice. They arranged all according to my schedule, even the breakfast time. They helped me to utilize my 17 hours in most perfect way. In the end, Ms. Ganaa dropped me back to the airport perfectly on time. It was a great experience. Very clean room, super kind staff, and not greedy management… I strongly suggest everyone. I can clearly say that the best hotel experience of my life.

The hotel location is very convenient, located in the center, and close to the main attractions/places to visit in Ulaanbaatar (for example Gandan Temple is located very close in walking distance), as well as close to bars and clubs to go out; it’s location is strategic and perfect. Besides the location, the hotel is very nice. The design of the rooms with Mongolian traditional decoration makes it different to the rest of hotels, clearly differentiating it from an standard hotel. Not only that, but the hotel offers also very good quality food, offering different traditional Mongolian food, as well as some western food (of excellent quality and taste). Last but not least, the staff from the hotel is very kind, outgoing and very attentive. From all the hotels that I have visited in Ulaanbaatar, this is definitively my favorite. I will repeat it in my next trip to Mongolia :)
