Facilities are used but still overall in good condition. The owner was very helpful with organising skiing for us. For others interested - It was easy to get a taxi to the accommodation from Dunnae Station. Once we arrived at the accommodation the owner organised for pick up, drop off and hire of ski equipment, including ski passes. He also drove us to a neighbouring town we wanted to see and dropped us at the station when it was time for us to return to Seoul. He was cheaper then a taxi and was always available for us/easy to organise in advance if you needed to be driven somewhere. No headache with organising any of the skiing.
