The hotel is located near JR and Metro station. The room is small but it's clean and comfortable to stay with. It also provide free breakfast.

TOKIO's HOTEL asub Tokyos Kita linnaosas, Yanagida pargist 60 meetri kaugusel. Hotellis on konditsioneeriga toad. Spacious room with 2 comfortable beds. There was enough space to locate your luggage and hang few clothes. There is no cleaning in the room when tourists book consecutive nights which I find as an advantage and an environmentally friendly solution. Light free breakfast with coffee is provided as a bonus. Tea pot was provided inside the room, microwave was in the corridor (if you are a first time traveler you might not know that you can get any food type in the nearest market and just heat it up) which is also useful. There is a washing machine and a baggage locker near the self-check-in area. Couldn’t visit the sauna as was busy with tourist attractions around and by the evening too tired 😃. Place is quiet and clean. Would definitely come back.

Toyoko Inn asub mugavalt Tokyo Kita linnaosas. Tokyo Keihin Tohoku sen Oji eki Kita guchi asub Yanagida pargist ja Oji Ekimae pargist 400 meetri kaugusel. Kinrin-ji tempel jääb 300 meetri kaugusele. Staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great!

Keep in mind that it was my first time in Japan, and I don't travel often to begin with so this review is coming from an inexperienced traveler. I thought this place was great to stay in. The location isn't too far from the Akabane Station (it's about a 10 minute walk), but if you have a lot of luggage it might be a little bit inconvenient. I only stayed for a week and just had a backpack and a carry on so it was fine. The front desk staff was really nice, they do speak some English so checking in and out was simple. If you're staying for an extended period of time they let you select your cleaning days (cleaning happens from 10am-3pm) and then they explain to you that your new towels will be hung on your door daily. The location is convenient because right outside of the hotel there's a cool area with a bunch of places to eat and drink as well as a Family Mart that's right across the street. The best part was that the 7Eleven around the corner has a 7bank ATM (I think all of them do), that accepts VISA as well as most other credit cards so if you forget to do the currency exchange at the airport like I did you can still get yen here. The facility is very clean and the elevator is fast. I stayed in a smoking room and never noticed any weird smells or anything, the room also comes with a nice AC unit and air freshener if you're concerned about that. The bathroom was perfect for me, but if you're taller than like 5'10" I can see how it would feel a little bit cramped. For the price it was amazing and the cleaning crew cleans the room and the bathroom really well.
