As a solo traveller, it was nice to have such friendly and helpful staff on the front desk who always welcomed you with a smile. The location was incredible, it’s very well connected to the main areas of Tokyo without being too central or in a loud area. It was honestly perfect and I found my stay to feel ‘cosy’ thanks to the location, the room and the staff. I also felt very safe walking back to the hotel from the stations, which is a huge bonus as a young female solo traveller. The room is small by typical standards but you will be expecting that if you know Japan so it’s really no problem. I found it plenty for just me. I actually liked it so much that I wanted to change my final hotel stay in Japan back to stay at this property but it’s all fully booked but for good reason.

I felt at home. The staff were always cleaning our room and changing all the towels and bedsheets. It’s nice to come back to a clean hotel after a long day of activities.

Supremely wonderful stay at Hotel Sui Kanda! The rooms were spotlessly clean and so so comfortable. Minimalistic and neat design makes you feel wonderful. Room space was more than large enough - absolutely LOVED the twin rooms. Toilet had a bathtub with a jacuzzi/bubble bath function - how much better can you get?! Also appreciated how the staff allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby for hours before check-in and after check-out. Superb. Will definitely come back to stay again. Also, awesome free udon + drinks every night.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities is exceptional. Super close to the metro station and easily get around. Ginza and Tokyo station are a few stops away. Nice quiet neighborhood. You can find the convenience store within 5 minutes. They provide free coffee and some lotion for women. There's vending machine and washing machine at the building. Doing laundry and drying clothes all at once only cost 500 yen. I also like that the high privacy of the room. Perfect for a couple or business visit. Highly recommended.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Kanda is offering accommodation in Tokyo. The property is located an 18-minute walk from Marunouchi Building. Free WiFi is available. The staff were AMAZING! We were there during the Earthquake and were meant to head up North the day after the Earthquake. The staff gave advise - offered to help keep luggage and managed to find us space to keep staying in the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel was a standard Japanese hotel (small but with everything you needed).
