Super cool hotel with many restaurants and fun stuff to do. The hotel is very new and the room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The large window in the room have an amazing view of Shinjuku. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk to the Shinjuku station. Right in the middle of the lively center of Shinjuku with shops, movies and restaurants just outside the hotel. I would love to stay there again.

Walking distance to Shinjuku attractions like Golden Gai and Omiode Yokocho. The room had everything required of it, was neat and tidy with many amenities. Also the staff were always smiling and happy to help out where they could. Would stay here again.

Upon entering you are greeted with a very nicely scented relaxing lobby and lounge area adjacent to the 24 hour reception counter. The property location is very convenient and walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and the Kabukicho shopping and night life area. The staff were very kind, accommodating, and English speaking. Delicious free pastries, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate served daily for breakfast was a plus. The hotel provides free bottled water, and fresh towels daily which was very much appreciated considering we spent most of our day out walking and exploring.

Open from April 2015, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku offers comfortable rooms, free WiFi and a restaurant, only a 5-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station’s east exit. Seibu Shinjuku Station is a 3-minute walk.... Location. Cleanliness. Staff. Facilities.

Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo Central terletak betul-betul di pusat bandar Kabukicho. Ia menawarkan akses mudah ke rangkaian pengangkutan. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful . The rooms are individually fit. Mine was 24 m² and it was very good. The location is perfect, however be aware that the hotel starts at 3rd floor. You do have an elevator all the way. The breakfast is good and offers enough options.

It's the first time we had a karaoke machine in the room. Had a lot of fun with it. Room was stocked up in a lot of different Japanese amenities - got to try them all. Toilet top tier. Jacuzzi in the bathtub with different colours. Great place for a night for that money
