We loved Everything. The food was amazing the room was amazing and the stuff was so kind and helped us with everything we asked for.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us - right inside the Kabukichu area, but keep in mind that there's a ~8 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

The hotel is very new and the room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The large window in the room have an amazing view of Shinjuku. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk to the Shinjuku station. Right in the middle of the lively center of Shinjuku with shops, movies and restaurants just outside the hotel. I would love to stay there again.

Walking distance to Shinjuku attractions like Golden Gai and Omiode Yokocho. The room had everything required of it, was neat and tidy with many amenities. Also the staff were always smiling and happy to help out where they could. Would stay here again.

Sudah beroperasi sejak April 2015, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku menawarkan kamar-kamar yang nyaman, W-Fi gratis, dan sebuah restoran. The fact that it is in the center and close to the metro provides a great advantage. The fact that there are lively life shopping places and restaurants around the hotel is an incredible location for tourists. The fact that the hotel staff are very helpful, including the day of departure from the first day, made us feel very safe. Fortunately, we stayed at Hotel Gracery. We recommend it to everyone

Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo terletak tepat di pusat kota Kabukicho, dan menyediakan akses mudah menuju jaringan transportasi. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful . The rooms are individually fit. Mine was 24 m² and it was very good. The location is perfect, however be aware that the hotel starts at 3rd floor. You do have an elevator all the way. The breakfast is good and offers enough options.

It's the first time we had a karaoke machine in the room. Had a lot of fun with it. Room was stocked up in a lot of different Japanese amenities - got to try them all. Toilet top tier. Jacuzzi in the bathtub with different colours. Great place for a night for that money
