The hotel was lovely, we had a triple room which was spacious for 3 people. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast is amazing! One staff member, Cristy, was exceptional in helping us get a lot of ice for a knee complaint for one of our group, she went over and above the call of duty to help. Thank you Cristy! Hotel is very close to bus stop and Metro is nearby. Restaurants nearby are lovely a night, a good buzz.

Located in Rome and within 1.5 km of Porta Maggiore, FanfullArt features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The location was very nice, in a very quiet part of Rome, yet easy to navigate. It is a 30 minute ride to center, near the metro station Pigneto. Lots of places to enjoy good food for reasonable prices. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, they also have an amazing rooftop with a pretty view, where you can enjoy the evening or morning)

Incredible B&B! + Great Italian breakfast (lots of options to choose from, really nice coffee) + Cristina was super nice and helpful ❤️. + Great location! 5-7 minute walk to the metro, quite a few bus stops all around. We didn't have any issues with transportation + I liked the area - nice and quiet + super clean! + Great service - room cleaning every day, frequent stocking up on essentials like toilet paper and fresh towels + HUGE plus for providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer + I was surprised by how big the room was :) + Private bathroom with a spacious shower + Air conditioner! + Big wardrobe + It's located really close to an amazing Italian restaurant (Da Domenico al Pigneto) + great price for how nice it was! I genuinely can't recommend this place enough. Great location, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, amazing person running it :)

Situated within the Prenestino Labicano district in Rome, Pigneto Suite appartamento 50m da metro C has air conditioning, a balcony, and quiet street views. Sandro is helpful, kind and amazing host, he was taking care of guests. He waited for us in front of the flat despite our late arrival (02:00 a.m). Also, we left apartment late. The apartment is just perfect, cozy, clean and comfortable, great location, everything is near. Huge recommendation to this apartament. if we return in rome it will be definately in this apartment. Everything!First of all the lady manager was very very helpful and nice throughout the whole stay!The neighbourhood was superb full of vegetation and flowers and very clean streets!The metro was very close and very easy to access the city center and all the objectives u want to visit!Also there are alot of restaurants in the area with amazing food!The room looked better live than the picture very clean and big and the patio was very green and comfortable!Top location for sure in Rome!

It is highly recommended, perfect accommodation for a Rome holiday. Apartment is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything guests might need when returning from touristic attractions. Metro station (line C) is exactly 5 minutes walk from the building and connects to Line A that gets you in the heart of city within 20 minutes. The host Roberto is very welcoming, met us on arrival to hand the keys and on our last day after checkout went the extra mile to find us in center to return a tablet we have forgotten in the apartment.
