Located in Rome, Hotel De' Ricci offers 4-star accommodation with an in-room wine cooler, and an on-site wine cellar. Honestly the best service we have had in our life. The staff here were so accomodating and went beyond expectations. Our son was checked into hospital while we were staying there and the staff truly cared for our situation and made us feel that nothing was too hard for them to accomodate. The room was also beautiful, large, clean and the drop down tv was great also. If I could give them 11/10 I would.

We stayed here twice during our recent trip yo italy. The staff were friendly and exceptional. We experienced a train strike, and the staff went above and beyond in assisting us in rebooking and navigating the process. They ensured our room was always clean, they constantly greeted us and took real interest in having a conversation each time we saw them, they felt like family. I would highly recommend relais orso to anyone who wishes to visit rome. A heartfelt thank you to Martina and her team for making our visit to Rome memorable. We will be back!!
