This was our best hotel stay in italy (we stayed in 4 different ones). Unfortunately i caught the intestinal flu while we were in florence and it was horrible, i had to stay at the hotel basically the entire time. So I was grateful that at least the room was lovely. The staff were so helpful when we got there, showed us around the room and explained pretty much everything. They gave us a bunch of free waters as well. I had a good view of the duomo from my bed that i admired (in between puke sessions + it was the only thing to look at)

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely city in the great country Italy. We spent 4 nights. We were welcomed by Nina and Rosella. We also were upgraded to a deluxe room in the innovated side of the hotel. We felt it is another home. The room was suber clean and warm during very cold nights. The location is just perfect and the heart of the city. We will of course stay again and again in Hotel degli Orafi. Thank you for the hotel team and special thanks to the super Rosella.

The room was very big, even had a little chapel/altar space, walk in closet and small kitchen. We loved the al fresco painting on the ceiling and overall design of the room. the room is very quiet - you only hear it when other hotel guests are walking and talking in the inner courtyard of the hotel, but other than that there was no noise. we had the entire spa to ourselves, and loved the sauna and swimming pool. Staff is friendly :)
