Clean, modern, nice shower, comfortable bed. The view from balcony is awesome, balcony is equiped with comfortable chairs, umbrella and table. We had comfortable kitchen shared with another apartment. This apartment is situated just near the entrance to St.Jakov Beach that is also the best beach in Dubrovnik! Robert was very friendly and polite, helped us with all we need. Also we had a private parking.

What a great holiday, thanks to the host and the amazing set-up. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and hot tub over our stay and the very special sunsets over the old town of Dubrovnik. Easy access to the town center by Uber and there is many, and they are very quick to get you from anywhere, it is a 20 min walk into the old town but well worth the journey for the views on the route are also great. The apartment has everything you need and more for self-catering, the detail and time spent on the finishes are very well thought of, if you think of something that you have at home the apartments have it too. There is a beautiful beach not even 100 meters from the flat called St Jacobs Beach and this is great for snorkeling and swimming and jumping off small rock ledges into the water. My kids had hours of fun and would highly recommend this venue to any family as it is also very private with enough areas around the apartment to unwind and relax and you are not on top of each other.

The apartment was better than I even expected. It has everything we were looking for. The view alone was worth the price. It’s so close to the beach. The location was brilliant, it’s about a 25minute walk into the old town. The hosts were amazing, regularly sending texts to make sure we were okay.

Clean and functional apartment with amazing view, it is situated in 15 mins walk to the old city centre and right next to the best beach of Dubrovnik. It had everything you need for the stay. Enjoying a quiet location only 50 metres from the sea, Guest Accommodation Sveti Jakov is set 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town. What a great accommodation off the beaten path, with absolutely stunning views! Ana, the hostess, was very kind and welcoming. Before we arrived she told us exactly where to park, and she met us at the car to guide us down to the property. After giving a brief tour, she left us to get settled in. This was our first stop in Croatia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location in Dubrovnik. The path down to the beach and Old Town is easily walkable from here. We loved that there was a private balcony to sit and relax while eating a meal and look out over the bay.
