The room was cozy and the bed so comfortable, we didn’t want to get out of bed. The whole property is picturesque and decorated beautifully. Don’t miss breakfast in courtyard… What a great way to start the day! Lots of flavorful, traditional, local foods, coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. They said they grow most of the produce served. The hotel was located just steps away from the old town square where there were many restaurants, cafeterias, quaint shops and mini markets. It was the perfect place to stay for us, close to the beach but far from the noise.

It was very easy to get to other places with taxi; Marina and Marina were very friendly and amazing in providing all the necessary information.

Large property with plenty of space for family of 5 to relax. Big sun terrace and very clean. WiFi upstairs and downstairs which worked perfectly, didn't have any complaints from 3 teenagers! Walking distance to old Hersonissos village which is very pretty and has great restaurants. Dora & Manos had left a fruit basket & wine for us which was really nice and Dora brought us some gifts, she was really so welcoming and always available by phone. Would definitely stay again if I return to Crete.

Very smart and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable. The balcony was large with outstanding views all around and right down to the sea. Andreas, who met us was very helpful and welcoming. We appreciated the provision of tea, coffee, jam, juice, water etc. The property is very well located close to the centre of the village which has some excellent and traditional bars, restaurants, bakery and small supermarket.

Our experience with Gaia Residence started a week before our flight to Cretes. A very nice and welcoming guy greeted us and asked if we needed any help. He ordered a taxi to wait for us in the airport to take us to the Residence' so we wouldn't be bothered to search for cabs and transportation while we are in the airport, which cost us only 35 euro. Once we reached the Residence we were welcomed by the owners, who showed us every part in the outstanding house. They made it obvious that everything that was in the place was for our use. They also gave recommendations for great tavernas and beaches, and after they left us to our place, we saw they prepared a cake, a bottle of wine, candles, orange juice and a lot of ice. Overall- a beautiful residence owned and managed by amazing people, leaving us with a taste for more. :)

Villa Greco er með garðútsýni og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, sameiginlegri setustofu og garði, í um 2,2 km fjarlægð frá Limenas Hersonissou-ströndinni. We headed to Villa Greco with 10 persons, and our stay was even better than we imagined it to be. Before we went to Greece, there was some uncertainty about if we would be able to go to Greece because of the COVID-crisis, and therefore we had many questions, but our host Yiannis or his son John answered any question we had really quickly. Yiannis organized a transfer for us from the airport to the villa, so when we arrived at Crete a minibus was already waiting for us. When we arrived at the villa, we were amazed about how big and luxury it was. Every room had air-conditioning, comfortable beds and an own bathroom. The living room had multiple comfortable couches and a pool table which we used quite a lot. The kitchen was also quite big and had among others a dishwasher. We only used the kitchen to eat our breakfast because 5 minutes walking of the villa you had a little square with around 6 restaurants which served really good and cheap Greek food. Because of the heatwave we spent a lot of time at the pool area which next to the pool and very comfortable sunbeds even had a separate fridge in which we could keep our beers. During our stay our host Yiannis was very kind to us and if we had any questions, we could just knock on his door which was very convenient. He even hosted a delicious barbecue for us and his other son Leonidas took us on a safari to see more of Crete. We really enjoyed the hospitality of Yiannis and our stay at Villa Greco!

Nefeli Villas er staðsett í gamla bænum Hersonissos-hverfinu í Hersonissos. Aquaworld Aquarium er í 1,4 km fjarlægð frá gististaðnum. A wonderfull house with a great pool, all the things you need are in the house. It is very clean. There is sun and shadow in the garden all day. And Irene is such a lovely woman! She helps you with all you need and makes sure you can enjoy your stay.

Mitos Village er staðsett í Hersonissos og býður upp á veitingastað. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. Allar einingarnar eru með loftkælingu og flatskjá. Micul de jun a fost ok. The waiter and the reception guy was very nice and friendly.
