Excellent location for all our site seeing and visiting restaurants and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My favorite part was their cafe downstairs, so I could get my high quality coffee fix without having to hurry and get ready for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The facilities were very clean and the room was well organised and ergonomical.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. every thing was clean and tidy we had problem with the rooms and they solved that very quickly the staff was very helpful

In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. Excellent service! There was some hiccup during my stay but hotel management took care of everything in excellent manner. Concierge service is exceptionally good.
