This 5-star luxury hotel is in London's Knightsbridge, looking out over quiet gardens. One of my favorite hotels in the world. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everything I needed was as always provided in a timely manner. I also noted the shortbread in the room was refilled daily; this was a welcome addition.

With its own Mediterranean restaurant and just a minute’s walk from South Kensington Underground Station, The Ampersand is a cosmopolitan hotel set in a large Victorian building. Just about everything was great. Location was best for our trip objectives. The staff was excellent. The room was splendid. The bathroom was exceptionally nice. We will surely come back next time when we travel to London.

I will definitely come back to here next time I'm in London! I visit once every other weekend anyways! Both hotel, staff and the location was superb. Drinking my morning coffee at Kensington gardens and taking a stroll - priceless!
