The hotel is special, the best position, both for shopping and for a walk in the open air. The smell inside is clean, fresh, relaxing. I felt at home. I liked the tea in the room, always a different variety, kept warm in a thermos, accompanied by different cakes every day. You felt that someone thought of you. When London is on our travel list, we will only choose Bulgari hotel.

Spectacular experience! The staff are wonderful. They cannot do enough for you. My bed and pillows and comforter, etc. was the best I have experienced traveling. The breakfast was beyond expectations. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

With its own Mediterranean restaurant and just a minute’s walk from South Kensington Underground Station, The Ampersand is a cosmopolitan hotel set in a large Victorian building. Everything was superb about The Ampersand! Staff were amazing very friendly and professional and efficient ! Very clean hotel ! And the location is very convenient !!

Aquesta casa unifamiliar elegant del segle XIX és a uns 500 metres del Royal Albert Hall i del Hyde Park. Location is great, surrounded by the museums. and the breakfast price is reasonable. The room has front street view which is nice, and coffee in the room is good. The room is small for two people, but it is very comfortable.
