Quality coffee (capsule) and tea in the room. Full sized toiletries ( natural, vegan, cruelty free). Big, fluffy towels and bathrobes (and bathmats that are *actual* bathmats and not only a slightly coarser hand towel). Nice rainfall shower.

We got the room with the city view. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast, in the restaurant, consisted of fresh veggies, Perfect Full English, variety of jams, rolls, toast, pastries.... Everything was fresh, warm and tasty. We really loved our stay at Riu.

The location is unbeatable. Very close to Victoria and Pimlico tube stations. The room was big and it had a window which I found is hard to come across in hotels in London. Super friendly staff, check in and check out was smooth and there are lots of resturants and pubs in the area. If you are into craft beers I'd recommend visiting The Cask which is only one block away.
