An exceptional stay at the Biltmore in Mayfair. We stayed for 4 nights after arriving to London on a long haul flight and the experience at the Biltmore (service, cleanlieness, facilities, location) were everythign we needed to settle into the new timezone. The senior staff were exceptionally helpful, and with a little more time training the junior staff, they will be equally as good.
