Welcome to COMO Metropolitan London, a light-filled Mayfair hotel, located in one of the best locations in Central London. On one side, the luscious Hyde Park. The location, service and staff was amazing. The whole process from check in to check out was pleasant and straight forward. Maryam at the front desk was very welcoming & helpful which made the experience a nice one from the second I walked in, she gave me an early check in, she allowed me to see the room before confirming it and was kind enough to upgrade me free of charge. When your journey starts in such a positive way, it makes the rest of the stay pleasant. I would surely come back and stay there again.

Situated in the affluent area of London’s West End, The Biltmore Mayfair is steps away from the finest shopping, dining and royal parks. An exceptional stay at the Biltmore in Mayfair. We stayed for 4 nights after arriving to London on a long haul flight and the experience at the Biltmore (service, cleanlieness, facilities, location) were everythign we needed to settle into the new timezone. The senior staff were exceptionally helpful, and with a little more time training the junior staff, they will be equally as good.

Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to oxford street & hyde park. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in London"
