Este hotel, considerado lugar de interés, goza de una ubicación excelente en Park Lane, en Mayfair, y es ideal para visitar Hyde Park, el palacio de Buckingham, las tiendas de Oxford Street y la zona... great reception and really helped us out as we turned up early to check in. Nothing was a problem and all of the Staff were top notch. Well done and I really look forward to staying with you again.

Welcome to COMO Metropolitan London, a light-filled Mayfair hotel, located in one of the best locations in Central London. On one side, the luscious Hyde Park. central location and a very friendly and helpful staff. I woul definitely recommend to my friends

We stayed for 4 nights after arriving to London on a long haul flight and the experience at the Biltmore (service, cleanlieness, facilities, location) were everythign we needed to settle into the new timezone. The senior staff were exceptionally helpful, and with a little more time training the junior staff, they will be equally as good.

Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to oxford street & hyde park. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in London"
