In London’s vibrant West End, W London – Leicester Square offers luxury bedrooms and a stylish cocktail bar. The hotel boasts a sumptuous spa and beauty centre. The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests were satisfied. My room overlooked Leicester Square, but when the shades were down it was completely dark and very little sound got through.The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was concerned that the shower and toilet would be cramped because they're basically in closets, but they weren't at all. They also kept plenty of bottled water available in my room, which I really appreciated. Also, Chinatown, Covent Garden and Picadilly Circus were very close by, so food and entertainment were easily accessible from this property.

Absolutely perfect ! From the moment we met Ez for check in , he was always so helpful. The apt is located in the heart of Chinatown , minutes walk from all the main attractions , restaurants .. soho, Covent Garden , Piccadilly … the apt is spacious , clean , has everything you need for your stay including a washing machine :) don’t think twice and stay there !!!! we will come back for sure !!!

We have rented vacation flats in London on many occasions over the last 20 years. Shaftesbury Chic rates right there at the top. Everything was perfect - immaculate, well-stocked, roomy, and very comfortable. Yes, the area is noisy up until around 2am, but that's part of its charm. We loved just people-watching from the window. And if the windows are closed, you hardly hear anything. 3 huge fans are provided if it gets too hot - which it didn't, being 4 stories (American) up. There was always a lovely breeze due to the window placement. The elevator only holds 2 at a time, but the stairs are shallow, safe, and open to view.
