I loved everything about this hotel! Location is perfect in the heart of the West End, so easy access to theatres, restaurants and shops. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly! They even had balloons and cake waiting for me when I got back from shopping as I was celebrating a big birthday! The food is second to none, with a huge choice at breakfast. The hotel decor is exquisite, especially in the bedrooms. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I next visit London.

From the moment we met Ez for check in , he was always so helpful. The apt is located in the heart of Chinatown , minutes walk from all the main attractions , restaurants .. soho, Covent Garden , Piccadilly … the apt is spacious , clean , has everything you need for your stay including a washing machine :) don’t think twice and stay there !!!! we will come back for sure !!!

In the Westminster Borough district of London, close to Prince Edward Theatre, Urban Chic - Shaftesbury features free WiFi and a washing machine. We have rented vacation flats in London on many occasions over the last 20 years. Shaftesbury Chic rates right there at the top. Everything was perfect - immaculate, well-stocked, roomy, and very comfortable. Yes, the area is noisy up until around 2am, but that's part of its charm. We loved just people-watching from the window. And if the windows are closed, you hardly hear anything. 3 huge fans are provided if it gets too hot - which it didn't, being 4 stories (American) up. There was always a lovely breeze due to the window placement. The elevator only holds 2 at a time, but the stairs are shallow, safe, and open to view.

Terrific location close to Soho, West End theatres, Leicester Square etc. The room was fairly quiet despite proximity to the hubub.
