Wonderful amenities, the pool, sauna and jacuzzi let you end your day in the most relaxed state ever. Staff is so lovely and helpful, feels like one big family who cares about each other and the guests on a personal level. The classic British breakfast with tons of choice and variation was the best possible way to start the day. I have nothing, absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I wish I was back already.

Offering a shared garden and city view, at 300 metres from Portobello Beach and 3 km from Arthurs Seat. Beautiful decorated and it was very clean. The beds sleep very well. The bedrooms are surprisingly very quiet. And Anne here hospitality is kind and thoughtful.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Straven Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. It was an amazing experience to stay at Straven Guesthouse. I felt at home, the bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and warm. Breakfast was a whole variety of delicious dishes, home made and beautiful. The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. Situated in Edinburgh, just a few steps from Portobello Beach, Luxury Apartment - Portobello features beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. The apartment is lovely…looking out directly onto the beach. There are a lot of stairs being third floor. Not for the fainthearted or those expecting to do a lot of cooking (carrying bags up those stairs would be hard)! But location wise, bang on. Over the top of a cafe and pub. Hot evenings so plenty on the beach till late but not terribly noisy. Exactly what you want for a break…we had breakfast at the cafe and lunch at the pub!

In the Portobello district of Edinburgh, close to Portobello Beach, St Margaret's Cottage, Edinburgh has a garden and a washing machine. The owner went above and beyond to help us. I forgot my license in the US and had to have it 48 hr shipped. The owner was so sweet and hospitable she can back early from her vacation to help out. Cottage was beautiful. Close to the bus station. Take to 124 to city center.

What a beautiful home, thank you so much for sharing the space with us! We traveled 4000 miles to be with family for a holiday, and found ourselves very comfortable, with plenty of room, enjoying amazing views, and in a great location! The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

Offering a garden and sea view, The Beach House is set in Edinburgh, 200 metres from Portobello Beach and 4.8 km from Edinburgh Playhouse. We had a lovely stay at the Beach house, it's in a great spot, right on the beachfront in Portobello which was such a treat. Two good sized double rooms with comfy beds, a bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a kitchen/living room space for hanging out in. Plus a lovely helpful host too! Thanks for having us ❤️

Set in Edinburgh, just 200 metres from Portobello Beach, Portobello Charming Seaside 3-BR Holiday Apartment offers beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. We loved the location! Same block as the beach... it doesn't get much better than that! Being in a first-floor flat was also good for us, and we were thrilled with all of the kid friendly amenities. The books, toys, kid potty seat, and indoor swing were all huge hits with our kids (4 and 2) and made our stay all the more pleasant.
