Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-yard swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building. everything. this is a 10/10 property. rooms are nice. staff is very helpful. breakfast was nice. hard to find any fault with the property.

Offering a garden and city view, at 984 feet from Portobello Beach and 1.9 mi from Arthurs Seat. it was beautifully decorated and cozy. We loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Anne was also very responsive, friendly, and left great instructions for entering the property

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Straven Guesthouse provides accommodations with a shared lounge and free Wifi. Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

St Margaret's Cottage, Edinburgh is located in Edinburgh, just one mile from Portobello Beach and 3.2 miles from Edinburgh Playhouse. The owner went above and beyond to help us. I forgot my license in the US and had to have it 48 hr shipped. The owner was so sweet and hospitable she can back early from her vacation to help out. Cottage was beautiful. Close to the bus station. Take to 124 to city center.

We traveled 4000 miles to be with family for a holiday, and found ourselves very comfortable, with plenty of room, enjoying amazing views, and in a great location! The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

Portobello Charming Seaside 3-BR Holiday Apartment is located in Edinburgh, just a 2-minute walk from Portobello Beach and 3.1 miles from Edinburgh Playhouse. We loved how homy it was and that it was right in front of the beach. The apartment was so inviting and was perfect for my 3 year old toddler. It even came with beach toys and a swing!!! We had such a great time.

Beach front apartment is located in Edinburgh, just a few steps from Portobello Beach and 2.9 miles from Edinburgh Playhouse. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. The property contained everything we needed plus more. It was really easy to keep clean, to park but we are out of high season, there was plenty of storage, plates, cups just everything we needed including a washing machine, fridge, freezer and clothing rack. The views are great too.

Baileyfield Cottage is located in Edinburgh, just 3.2 miles from Arthur's Seat and 3.3 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. The house was comfortable to be in. Really relaxing. Was really modern as well not outdated. Overall a fantastic place to relax your mind and body will definitely be back without a doubt
