Staff is so lovely and helpful, feels like one big family who cares about each other and the guests on a personal level. The classic British breakfast with tons of choice and variation was the best possible way to start the day. I have nothing, absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I wish I was back already.

The apartment was immaculate, clean, had everything you need, great location outside of the city centre. Could not have asked for anything better.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach house, it's in a great spot, right on the beachfront in Portobello which was such a treat. Two good sized double rooms with comfy beds, a bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a kitchen/living room space for hanging out in. Plus a lovely helpful host too! Thanks for having us ❤️

Portobello Charming Seaside 3-BR Holiday Apartment ligger i Edinburgh, blot 200 m fra Portobello Strand, og tilbyder indkvartering ved stranden med have og gratis wi-fi. We loved the location! Same block as the beach... it doesn't get much better than that! Being in a first-floor flat was also good for us, and we were thrilled with all of the kid friendly amenities. The books, toys, kid potty seat, and indoor swing were all huge hits with our kids (4 and 2) and made our stay all the more pleasant.

It was really easy to keep clean, to park but we are out of high season, there was plenty of storage, plates, cups just everything we needed including a washing machine, fridge, freezer and clothing rack. The views are great too.
