Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh offers accommodation in Edinburgh, in a prime location at the foothills of Calton Hill and just a five-minute walk from Princes Street. Was clean and fairly close to everything. Nearest bus stop was maybe 4 minutes walk away. Breakfast didn't have halal meat options but had plenty of breads, cheese, fruits etc so was not an issue. No bidets in the bathroom either but was not an issue. Bed was big enough for my 7 yo and me.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Terrace hotel offers accommodation in Edinburgh, 500 metres from Edinburgh Playhouse. Everything. The person who received us and assisted us was the best! So helpful and caring. Wish everyone was like her! We were taking a 3 day tour after staying here and had not managed to get availability at this property so had to choose another. We asked the other if we could leave our bigger luggage there before check in and they said no. We were going to pay at the train station to leave it but the Terrace Hotel offered to keep it at no cost. Made things easy for us! Loved it and love them! Room was enormous with all necessary an view to the garden!
