They were not only efficient but also took the time to provide useful information prior to our arrival about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Throughout my stay, the entire staff exhibited a remarkable level of professionalism and friendliness. The housekeeping team kept my room impeccably clean, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Any request or inquiry was met with prompt and courteous responses, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction that truly sets this hotel apart. Good location in Paris. There were some free snacks available daily as well as some complimentary drinks in the fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean.
